Shanmugam Srinivasan

With over 16 years of teaching experience in finance, accounting, and management accounting, Mr. Shanmugam has trained students across a wide spectrum — from school and college learners to corporate professionals. Since 2009, he has been handling various papers in the ACCA Qualification at ANSA, consistently guiding students with an outcome-focused approach.

Mr. Shanmugam has also conducted several ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes for ACCA in subjects such as Financial Reporting, Performance Management, and Financial Management, helping educators enhance their instructional delivery. In addition, he has delivered DipIFR corporate training for multiple multinational organisations, including some of the Big 4 organizations.

His teaching style is defined by the simplicity with which he explains complex concepts, ensuring clarity for learners of all levels. Mr. Shanmugam emphasizes on practical delivery by integrating real-life examples and step-by-step workings into every session and strives to create an interactive and thought-provoking classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
